1. Do I pay any monthly fees or sign contracts?
No. Christian-Sat Satellite Systems supplies satellite equipment which will enable you to watch all the “Free to Air” TV channels and listen to all the “Free to Air” Radio stations on Astra and Hotbird satellites including other satellites
2. What is “Free to Air?”
“Free to Air” is the term given to all TV & Radio stations that you can watch free on various satellites without a subscription.
3. Does Christian-Sat guarantee that these channels will always be free?
No. Christian-Sat has no power over the transmission of the various TV & radio channels. Broadcasters may take the decision of encrypting various TV & Radio channels.
4. I want a system but can not afford it.

5. How about Sports & Movies?
There are several TV channels on our Astra and especially Hotbird packages that offer Hollywood blockbuster movies including live sports such as football. We also supply subscription viewing cards which broadcasts live Premiership games including German football and Championships Leagues matches. These cards however are available at a fee and can only be used with our Hotbird packages.
6. Why are your prices much cheaper? Are the equipments of good quality?
Christian-Sat Satellite Systems are able to offer Satellite TV equipments at affordable prices because we buy in bulk from the main manufacturers and suppliers and also maintain a good relationship with several satellite suppliers in the UK . All our equipments are tested by us and we guarantee that they are of the up most quality.
7. I have a Digital Satellite Receiver and a Satellite Dish – can you help with installation.
Yes. Standard installation charges for equipments not supplied by us is £100.
8. How do I get my Satellite box re-tuned?
We maintain for free (12 months free service) satellite receivers purchased from us and can advise you on how to re-tune your satellite box. For satellite receivers not purchased from us, we charge £35 to re-tune it.
