Order Tracking
Christian-Sat Satellite Systems sends out all orders immediately they are made. Customers received their equipments latest 5 days after making their purchase. Should the delivery date by longer, we contact the client immediately. All Self Installed Satelite TV Systems are sent via Parcel Force. Our qualified contracted Installers deliever and install all our Fully Installed Satellite TV Systems.

Warranty
Christian-Sat Satellite Systems offers a 12 Months Equipment Warranty & Free Service on all of the products we sell. Please email info@christian-sat.co.uk for detailed advise on our warranty.
Return Policy
All our clients are protected under the European Union Distance Selling legislations.

Please contact us on info@christian-sat.co.uk should you want to return any product. We test all products before they are purchased. We however replace all faulty products. Refunds are also given for all products returned to us within 7 days of purchase provided they come in the original packaging un-used.

Retuning Digital Satellite Receivers
Christian-Sat Satellite Systems are able to re-tune all existing satellite receivers to enable you to watch the numerous Christian & Family programmes including Radio Stations. We can also assist in updating software on most receivers. There is a charge of £35 for re-tuning and updating satellite receivers. Please email us at info@christian-sat.co.uk for more details.
Satellite System Installation
Christian-Sat Satellite Systems only used professional satellite dish installers in installing our fully installed packages. We also install systems which were not purchased from us.
Our standard installation charge for systems which were not purchased from us are £100 for houses, £115 for top level flats and from £150 for Motorised installations.
